You cannot use D-link DSL-2750E because it is ADSL router.
You can use Wi-Fi router with WAN.

The default bill is E-Billing. When you just subscribed and you checked the self-care and shown Billing method is Paper Bill. After few weeks it will change to E-Billing.

Please seek jjj2 or yeapch01 for help about Billing.

Nope. Archer D7 is only for ADSL.
Archer C7 can use.
Time Fibre must use Wi-Fi router with WAN port.
