Greetings...
I just got my TIME Fibre 100Mbps.
The stock Wireless router is ZTE ZXHN H298N.

I have a TP-LINK AC 1750 wireless router.
However, I couldn't get it work.
Using PPoE, changed to new TIME ID and password, yet couldn't get the connection up.

Please help.

Hi Bro,

Very easy.

Login to your Router Admin Control Panel via 192.168.1.1 (or whatever IP you have set).

Choose Quick Setup > choose PPPoE/Russian PPPoE & click Next > Put in your given Username & Password (in the form of xxxx@timebb) > continue with rest of the wireless setup , and you are up to go.

Buzz me on whatsapp if you need more help.

Thanks.

Normally how the fibre optic will be install in condo? How to hide all the optic? Looking at Time or Unifi.
*
Hi,

Normally for each building, TIME will have a specific standard way of Installation, depending on the agreed method of Installation.

Generally for inhouse standard Installation, the fibre cable will be glued at the edge of the wall or along the skirting to the dropping point determined by customer.

We will need to see your unit in order to propose the best way of Installation.

For Unifi, there are several ways of Installation, pm me your address.

Thanks.

Methinks a 500mbps user would need a gigabit class router.

WiFi at least N600 and LAN ports supporting gigabit ethernet.
*
Yes definitely Bro.

Before launching, my team had tested the Linksys EA6350 Router, it can support that.

But we still need more feedback for actual onsite cases.

Thanks.

I also got the email but my speed just went to 50mbps not 100mbps..im 10mbps previous package..why?

Hi bro,

It depends on either you are using Wireless or Cabled connection to test.

Another deciding factor is your Router.

Solutions :
1) Try using cable connection to you Router.
2) Try make a direct connection to your Huawei ONU (feel free to pm me for steps).

Thanks.
