More lelong units checking in. Reserve price keep dropping.
Launch from 400k++ for a smaller size than this unit.
Now cannot imagine. Should be 2nd worse (completed new property) to Savanna Southville City in the lelong market now.

Still got another bumi lelong unit here: D-16-15, 1102sqft (Type A4) with 2 car park (tandem).
Will drop below 300k next month.
And need to wait another extra round to be around 265k.

Bumi interested bidder also need to appoint bumi representative if he/she not able to attend the bidding. Cannot appoint non bumi to represent.
