Offline free android RPG I can think of is Soulcraft, Bladeslinger and Six Guns.

Paid RPG are Aralon Sword and Shadow 3D, Ravensword: Shadowlands 3D, The Bard's Tales and Evertales. I would like to replay Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition someday.
