Why this 3ds in lowyat so cheap?

Okay here's the story, I went to lowyat plaza doing research for 3DS XL price and I found out this shop at 4th floor if not mistaken beside toilet.
He's selling 3DS XL Zelda Edition for only RM700 and a normal 3DS XL at RM650.. It is very cheap compared to others , zelda edition selling like RM900 each and a normal 3ds costing 700+.. I wanted to ask , is this shop trustable ? Can I buy from them? *Not sure if I can post these kind of things here , please kindly let me know through pm if I did something wrong , I'll delete it immediately. Thank you  |

Hmm i should also consider about hwaching also.. Pretty cheap.. 780 for special edition , trustworthy than that shop in lowyat.
