For a fresh grad what you want? RM5K a month? You need to get all your working experience before you can negotiate bout your salary. Y not you try to look for a job in US first?

You should seriously try to get a job over there, since you got a 1 year practical training period that comes with your F-1. Start looking for a job at least 2 months before you actually graduate, attend any career fairs that takes place in your campus, etc. Make sure you target your employers, do your research, brush up your soft skills, as well as identify your skill sets.
