i have a lil bit problem here with transfer.I bought rooney before about 15 but his price now increase to 19. When i want to sell him, do I will get 15 or 19??? It's really useless keep the price increase or decrease if we will get old price .. ...

u'll get back 15...sadly....
1 thing bt fantasy is like this...
remember there's 1 season though where u'll get d amount dat u'll sell....
but I guess a lot of ppl ended up very rich and buying all d expensive and good player..
therefore now they restrict it...
tat season I remember having bt 300 units when season end..

When selling players, u will get back the price u paid when buying. Yahoo had revert back to fixed salary caps since last season.




Yup. It was no salary limit until they used fixed salary caps last season.

For me, its better to use fixed salary caps else everybody will juz put in players like Henry/Rooney/Lampard/Gerrard/Cech/etc and then juz leave the team there knowing that those players will consistently return good points which will reduce the fun of the game.

Nvm. U will slowly become better as the season continue. I also did like u when I first played YFF

I got 75 points for the first week...
I knew i wont win the league cos I try to put all Manutd players in my team and some of them are not playing

After playing for few years, I would say 60% based on your prediction and 40% based on luck....what u guys think ?

I always started quite well with good picks and luck...but then when reaching mid-end of the season starting to get bad luck...what stadium flood lah, snow storm lah, all these stupid things made my rank dropped coz they postponed the matches....
maybe we should read the weather forecast as well before picking players ?

the YFF reviewers are blind sometimes. Shevchenko with 0.0 points? Cahill without its assist? Saha assist for the own-goal didn't count?

YEah!!!!! At last Berbatov score....got an assist some more.

and also the salary cap wont increase? its dead? 100 everytime? so when players value drop it aint dropping ? GAY thing

I watched the Chelsea game and it did looks like Sheva didn't do much that can contribute to YFF points

As for Cahill, this is my 3rd seasons and so far YFF never award the assist to the player who won the penalty so no assist for Cahill is right.

Plus there is no assist for OG.


YFF started using fixed salary last season so ur salary cap is fixed at 100 units.

Ur salary wont decrease when player's value dropped coz u will always get back the units u spent on the player when selling (eg: u bought Rooney for 15 units, then when sell u will get back 15 units regarding what his latest market price is).

If player's value dropped, use the "Update Team Value" link to get back the units u lost.

Maybe the thread moderator can help to sort the points and standings for the three groups together ? So we can compete among each other groups as well
