my favourite trick to check whether u r fat...
pinch the skin of ur stomach. if the skin is thicker than 2 inches, then u r fat.
if the skin thickness is less than 1 inch, then u r not fat.

this is indirect method to estimate ur body fat.

My observation over the past few years or so has revealed this truth,

75% of all guys after 20 years old have lost their necks. This is a very deplorable sight to behold but alas the call for a change of diet and lifestyle falls on deaf ears. (snark)

The quick and dirty way? Plastic surgery.

Hard way? Pilates every other day.

Agree with you.

I was all the way from lost neck, overweight, unhealthy, problematic, body system problems or failure, super heavy smoker, heavy drinker and etc at the age of 23~24 and have to go through all the steps just want to be back to normal as a youthful human being. Really weird through. Human being is always like that, always prefer cure than prevent. sweat.gif

I too regained my chin, jawline and neck after losing about 14 kilos. My doctor told me about this no neck thingy is especially prevalent due to steroid abuse, lots of guys wanna pump up the fast and dirty way so they use steroids and they lose their necks.
