As he is just 22 years old and I presume a fresh graduate, his option is very similar to a fresh graduate in Malaysia. Unless he has some really special skills, like language, its very difficult to convince a company to hire him over a fresh graduate.
I agree.An expatriate position is being assigned overseas by the company you are currently working for. Getting a job overseas is not the same thing.
