UK to malaysia at most 2 week if its air shipment. Royalmail only do air as it is one of the greatest express company in UK. You should expect your parcel to arrive in malaysia in the next 4-5 days, pending for customs release of the item. Good luck

Often times it'll take about two weeks mainly due to it being stuck at our customs. Too many of my items by royal mail or from whichever country arrive about 10+ days before it reaches my doorstep. Sigh

Yes, after it reached Malaysia you can use the same tracking number via Pos Malaysia tracking. Use track-trace.com/post easier, select track with option and choose Malaysia.

Beside the original foreign tracking number, Pos Malaysia will also issue another local tracking number. In normal case you don't have to know this number, BUT, in case you're not home when the postman came, you will need the local number in order to collect it at the post office. You can find it in the pick up note that the postman left. Another BUT, (usual thing to happen anyway), in case you didn't get any note, you can contact Pos Malaysia and ask for this number (I usually email).

It depends. As soon as Pos Malaysia received it and record it in their system. Usually 2-3 days after it left the origin country. Sometimes never update also until the day of delivery tongue.gif

But in total the whole shipment process (standard post by air) should not take more than 2 weeks (minus time being held at customs if any). If still less than 2 weeks you don't have to worry much.

Track n trace website auto-select for you based on the tracking number. But to be sure you can try both category parcel or pos daftar tracking at Pos Malaysia website.

Hey!

I'm trying to track my parcel from Royalmail as it has been more than 10 days already. So far the tracking number can be searched in POS Malaysia and it says -

06 Jul 2016 05:43:00AM Item dispatched out MPC PMIH (KLIA) United Kingdom

But I still haven't receive my parcel, is there anywhere I can check? or call to check and locate my parcel?

How long does it takes? I managed to PM AskPOS and they told me that the parcel is still transiting in UK. I'm kind of doubting that as it has been nearly 2 weeks. I'm not sure how else to trace for the parcel.

as my past experience item send by courier royal mail sometimes 1-2 months and need to depends your item over RM500 ? as over they will be hold by custom . and sometimes do 50% believe the status update from the courier track as it is not accurate . So be patient bro tongue.gif

15 Jul 2016 11:44:37AM Item held by customs Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner MPC PMIH (KLIA)

Looks like it's being held by customs.. Can I actually call them and self-collect?
