is this enough to run the game?
how low fps i can get with this spec?

expect maybe 20FPS or less.

how about server?
where do you guys always play?

or Australia?

and why do people play this game using vpn?

any server that is not broken, we play.

i don't know of people who play using VPN. in fact many times it is VPN that cause problems for players.
