I don't think they are creating hype. Their shipping company simply couldn't match the demand.
The guy who sent the unit to me at 8pm (fedex), he said they have to work OT just to deliver the phones to customers. Give them a chance to sort out the logistic issue... going through the middle man will not work. imagine xiaomi mi3 price @ RM1200.. will you buy? |

maxis and digi, logistic wise... much easier... they buy in bulk... 10000 units in 1 shipment... no prob for that...
