today send my mi3 to service centre due to the touch screen faulty. luckily they have stock can replace without waiting stock come from china.
 the service centre quite difficult to locate as the amcorp trade centre divide into few blocks. when i was there, saw few mi3 owner in and out to claim for warranty also.  p/s: to those who want to claim for warranty, please bring along the mi warranty card and transaction detail. withou them they not able to process. thanks to @baowen giving guide how to test the touch screen. Collect back my phone today, very fast service where they replace the screen for me.
The bad thing with the service centre is very difficult to call them, try nearly 10 times this morning only mange to get thru 2 times. |
