Could be theme issue. Some themes designed with Chinese language hardcoded in picture, change to another theme n see how?

Only happened when you select English language but display well when your language is Chinese. Tested. smile.gif

Latest Dev ROM 4.6.6 has fixed the carriers network naming wrongly display issue on the status bar in English language interface.

Slow charging issue also fixed now it's back to normal.
