QUOTE(gogo2 @ Jun 2 2014, 05:59 PM) one is practice film, the other two well packed is the actual SP. The practice one scratches easily.1) Wipe everything off of dust. 2) Peel number 1, the number 1 surface will stick on your phone. 3) Then just push all the air bubbles out through the sides with a card, if got dust trapped then unpeel, wipeoff and reapply, if cannot use the next SP. 4) Once all bubbles out, peel number 2. That should be it. I also did not understand the chinese instructions but this seems like it HAHA. And i don't know what the blue piece is for, it says on the website as STATIC FILM This post has been edited by db07mufan: Jun 2 2014, 06:04 PM |

QUOTE(gogo2 @ Jun 2 2014, 06:07 PM) When applying onto your screen it helps to just peel the first half or first quarter on the top, position the holes and camera holes and make sure the top aligned. Then as u press down on the screen peel the remaining one as u slide down. |

QUOTE(DavidAsaph @ Jun 3 2014, 03:43 PM) how was the xiaomi 3? do u received any comment? good and bad i need to know. I came from the galaxy s3. My phone mostly for browsing web, whatsapp, line Facebook etc etc so far I don't have overheat issues as I don't game much. Few points after a week of using.I heard that it easily overheat. smooth and fast? but sure no laggy? i was interested on this phone but i scare to buy a china product due to its quality. so need to do some research on it before buying it. 1) battery life is way better than my S3. I can be out on 3G and have 30% when I go to bed and charge. 2) Fairly smooth, not the smoothest but when I bought my S3 it was suppose to be super smooth and not lag but few days after you install all your apps it bound to lag a bit. But mi3 more of a slight delay than a lag. 3) touch screen not as responsive as the s3 sometime I need to press twice, never had the problem with s3. BUT then again I have the rm10 screen protector on. That might affect it maybe. 4) screen a but yellowish, Samsung amoled color is much balanced and much vibrant and saturated. Then again it's good enough for me the mi3. 5) Build quality is solid, make my s3 feel like plastic toy 6) camera a bit off for me, picture color a but dull but then again phone pics are mostly for social media and its good enough. And to think that is only RM889 makes it an extremely good buy. It's now my primary phone, and it feels like a flagship 2k phone. It's not perfect but you have to remember it is only RM889. A lot ppl complain this and that and compare them to S5 , M8 and they forget that it costs 1/3 of the price. The stigma with china phones, so far it is selling like hot cakes in China, the Singaporeans (who are normally very picky) are also all crazy over it, so I think the quality is good. Have not heard of it exploding or what so far This post has been edited by db07mufan: Jun 3 2014, 04:00 PM |

QUOTE(volrath @ Jun 3 2014, 05:55 PM) I think it's pronounced as Mi-yu-eee. Watched keynote its pronounced Mi you aii. UI stands for user interface ma so Mi you aiiWatched their presentation and hear them say that. But maybe I was wrong. Heck maybe the company was wrong pronouncing it hahaha! Yea, CPU load is above 50% for me as well, but as the poster said before this, as long as it doesn't lag your phone, don't bother trying to reduce it. This isn't Windows hahahah!
