any tips for taking great picture with xiaomi 3 camera?

Thanks

I use this article as a baseline for tips.

How to Take Better Pictures with Your Smartphone's Camera

Especially "clean your lens" part.
people tend to forget camera lens sometimes get smudgy or dusty, this reduces the clarity of the picture.

but now removing it seems to be a problem ... i guess that is what 3M do... stick till die.
*
Actually it can be removed, only need to be strong.
pull it out slowly only.

after that just use Isopropyl Alcohol to clean the residue.

If want to use it again, install another thin 3M double sided tape laugh.gif

I can't seem to find any info on the max pendrive size which the phone can support.

I'm looking to buy 64GB OTG but not sure if it supports it.

Hey, you led me to my next question biggrin.gif

How would I know which charger is safe to get? Apart from it being a 2A charger?

Like any particular good brand?

P/S: Will USB charging also apply? Or USB charger is always the same regardless of what cable we use.
*
I bought several 2A adapters from lelong (found one which was around RM15, cheap! laugh.gif )
And used that to compare with ori xiaomi charger which is 1A, and true enough it's 2A (incoming about 1.2A)

But yeah, different cables do affect the charger to, i used a cheapo usb cable, and the charging current down to ~600mA-700mA only

Interesting. So we can measure this current thing right? Saw it on a thread, like the output power showing on his android device.
*
I used CurrentWidget & Battery Monitor Widget.

Read several posts about it in Google.
Actually if you use Battery Monitor Widget, it shows the current flow in +ve (flow from battery, not charging) or -ve (flow from battery minus incoming current)

Example:

Not charging = shows "600mA", so phone is using 600mA worth of juice

Charging = shows "-300mA", so phone is using 600mA but incoming juice is 900mA tongue.gif

I believe CurrentWidget is about the same, only it doesn't show the -ve sign

Correct me if i'm wrong guys

My whatsapp group of 50 friends, at least 10 units were bought in total.
Considering the internet penetration in malaysia, 5000 units in 1minute definitely possible.

Just saw this Kickstarter - Legion Meter

92% more power charging! shocking.gif shocking.gif shocking.gif

For that price to pledge, i wonder if it's really worth it

Finally had the courage to install the "real" screen protector.

Took out the "test" SP, then wiped with the cloth.
Apparently it's dustier also doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

So i used the good ol' sellotape trick.

Used it untill the surface is dust free the carefully put the anti-glare SP.
Luckily no dust but lots of bubbles, but just used a credit card to push them out.

Perfectoo..

Never felt so fulfilled over such a small matter flex.gif flex.gif flex.gif

QUOTE(C63 AMG @ Jun 5 2014, 12:02 PM)
Hey guys, IDK where to ask regarding the Powerbank.
My Powerbank is charging but 2 lights are blinking every once in awhile.
When I press the Power button it shows 4 lights.
What does this mean? Do I have full power or just half left?
*
How are you charging? If use PC/Laptop USB, then have to wait longer tongue.gif

If press means it's just refreshing the status, the last blinking is the actual status.

No no, I'm charging my iPhone.
When charging it shows two lights, then goes off, then again, then off.
So that probably means I still have half power left I assume?
*
That should be correct nod.gif

u mean xiaomi pb? i just fully charged one of the unit for testing purpose. it took 24 hours to fully charged it.

24 hours too long lah..

Just received few batches of Klicks (Mikey for android)
So far quite good, feels solid.

Too bad the app is limited to 3 clicks only & the SOS function is all in Chinese, tested SOS sms with a friend, he also quite blur what to do when receiving the SOS sms

Just sharing for those who wants to buy a Mikey.

You can buy any other Mikey keys like 360/Klick & still use Mikey app

Just tried with a Klick, definitely working with a MiKey App
