They are going to build some houses and shop offices.

They already cleared the land but they haven't started building yet. I wonder when they will start building?

wow, just next to parcel 2 of parkland semenyih, this area is full of projects....there will be a low cost flat at the back of parkland semenyih...

There is still land along Jalan Semenyih, don't think the land behind the mutiara rinching is under any planning currently.

There will only have plan when Taman Mutiara rinching is success, and whether taman mutiara rinching can be success, shall be depending whether SEH/EM can be a success...

there will be a low cost flat at the back of parkland semenyih...which 1, rinching or beranang... sure developer allocate lowcost project...at the back of parkland@rinching i believe is industrial land, u noe which plot??

anyway parklands@beranang will have servis apartments ... i heard from friend who bought a landed unit there...

rinching...heard from the developer......the location is at the back of phase 5 j2

it seems the land behind parklands rinching, meaning in front of 1st phase not industrial, it is earmarked for government use,part of it and for homes, can be house,flats,apartmens

Very less news about this developer....
Last week went to semenyih and saw Taman Mutiara junction there already build traffic light. plus the road is wider.

Is it Akasia apartment which recently advertise by Amalan Setar?

This place seems like at lower side of the hill, is it a flood area?

Never heard of that.

i believe overall from ascotte the terrain is a slope until the river ..... so water will flow towards the river...
