Thanks lighter.. besides the mentioned ports, what other ports that we usually use?

Our company plan to block all kind of peer-to-peer programs (from client) that eat up the bandwidth.. btw beside this is there any other broadband service provider that provide faster internet speed.. we are subscribe to 2Mbps package from Streamyx and they told us this is the best package d but we still suffering from slow internet access speed. We now have 25+ users.

For office use i think block ports is the best choice... if you get good switch like Nortel it cost about rm13k.. you can configure which network port can be block.. which network port are allowed to access

The one our company use is Juniper Netscreen NS-25.. I can't see any port screening or configuration... is there any idea on how to block it? Maybe certain IP...
