Don't be discouraged. If you're confident that you're not where you belong, you can move up easily if (as long as you don't play on tilt).

P.S. If you play very often, it's normal to shift about +/- 400 points a week, which is why some experienced teams tend to ask for +4500.

i havent receive a request from you even my 2nd team leader dint receive any as well. are you really interested to join or you want to just increase your post count?

i didnt open forum when at home,and kinda busy these few nites.
ill add tonite if i can still remember.3.9k acceptable for now? :/
else ill need to solo few more rounds till 4 k lol
