Depends how you define good location. And for 800psft, what is provided? Totally no details and whatsoever package info, very difficult to judge. hmm.gif

Sound like the developer is testing the market. If response is overwhelming, price will be 800 range else sub 800.

Given number of developments in jalan ipoh, not all will be successful.

Btw I think still have numerous ppls felt that the price is worth for this kind of size in this location.....

From developer or agent point of view; 800 psf is too low, should priced for 3 years time if not already.

Safety wise, I think this site is okie....

The traffic is a bit cranky. There are two schools there. SMK Jalan Ipoh is about 50 meter apart and also the popular Chung Hwa Private School located diagonally opposite. Traffic can be daunting at peak hours.

If I were into this project, I need to make sure the traffic is okie for me to go through day in day out. Or at least how could I maneuver it by avoiding such hours?

Anyway, 800 PSF with scanty details is not captivating at the moment... Feed me more info...

If 800psf better buy sentul ytl project or further inside uoa and other developer.
Saffron sub sale still can get less than 700k for decent 1085 sq ft
