SMK Jalan Ipoh is about 50 meter apart and also the popular Chung Hwa Private School located diagonally opposite. Traffic can be daunting at peak hours. If I were into this project, I need to make sure the traffic is okie for me to go through day in day out. Or at least how could I maneuver it by avoiding such hours? Anyway, 800 PSF with scanty details is not captivating at the moment... Feed me more info... |

If 800psf better buy sentul ytl project or further inside uoa and other developer.
Saffron sub sale still can get less than 700k for decent 1085 sq ft |
