My company is about to have a meeting to reduce working days from 5 days per week to 4 days per week, and propably reduce the salary as well. I dont know why the company has such idea and why doing so, need ideas so I can raise it in the meeting, thanks.

Reducing working days or hours?

Is there any additional hours to be added on the 4 days as compared to last time?

Obviously cost-cutting measures. Less days == lower utility bill.

What's the problem? Less working days means more time for you to go job hunting or get a side income job right?

I heard before some company devide their workforce to 2....

Mon, Wed, Fri & Tue, Thur, Sat.

So their salary also reduce 50% but remain no. of man power
