If they have an account with CTOS, yes they can file a Trade Reference. Stating that you owe them X amount of money for X number of days.
This is what most Telco do. Especially P1. Alternatively, they can file a lawsuit against you. Then CTOS will pick it up own its own and place into their database as ongoing legal case. The latter will cause problems for your bank loans applications in future. |
