Review of EM on propcafe by Tengster kor. Nice review.

A highly commendable piece, with nicely presented facts (actually quite complete), info, and both objective and subjective viewpoints founded on valid axioms.

And of course, tinges of his humor.

I wanted to even test their environmental sustainability concept by asking where they would source their construction materials, how many % recycled materials, whether they will use their run-off water ponds for environmental purpose etc......... but I decided there was no way they could have answered me, so I didn't..

We need more of you. rclxms.gif

The most carbon conscience countries such as the scandinavian are already presenting footprint and life-cycle assessment for most built environment including residential. I hope EcoWorld could lead.

You need to pay the remaining balance i.e. SPA price minus RM10k booking fee and 3% early bird......

Go call your card centre loh...
*
My understanding is that we would pay in full, and the 3% will be credited into our Alliance debit card.

If we get panel banks. All spa agreement cost legal fees cost are bear by developer right ?

What happen if we apply loan not from their panel bank listed ? Do we still get to enjoy the benefit etc ?

Thanks
*
Well, if you offer to pay non panel banks for their overhead in financial planning and risk underwriting on EM, they might just do it for you.

Maybe you are right.

But I know the 3% is upfront is discount. It has nothing to do with debit card. I could be wrong.

I could very well be wrong. But rebate through Alliance makes sense for consumate business partnership of EW and Alliance.
