As what I know, they're strata title too, whereby the pay maintenance almost the same amount as Eco majestic if I'm not wrong.

I think DPC Club charge separately apart from the monthly maintenance. Can someone confirm?

You see....some parcels within DPC has swimming pool and gym.

If you are confident your loan will be approved, you can go ahead to sign the SPA this weekend.

On clubs, I tend to agree pay per use is better, just like GST based on consumption, only concern is ongoing sustainability. Still I believe all of you want something in a clubhouse that has some appeal to you, no?

My loan approved with ocbc.
rate is not attractive as BLR-2.4% or BLR-2.45%, but as long as get approved is good enough. Not much different actually.

I dont think I am convenient to share the banker name here. Coz she helped me on my loan application for my firdt house. And now the panel banker with EM. But very efficient and fast!!

Hello everyone...just want to seek your opinion...what is the potential or risk if there any, compare this Eco Majestic (cradleton) with Pantai Sentral Park?

I booked one corner unit at Cradleton, waiting for loan approval...however no more bullet for PSP which will be launching soon (by balloting)..... rclxub.gif

Actually I want to stay at this Cradleton...but my wife complain to far from KL/PJ.....(working place)..currently stay with my parents....

I presume it is hard to compare EM with PSP.. One is landed township and one is highrise, one is freehold and one is leasehold, really depending on personal preference I presume.

Sometimes, we have to step on the shoe on our planning in next 5 or even 10 years.

We claim today that the location can be far, due to non existence of the development yet, but anything is possible in future where township is created and to be filled in by occupants, commercials and jobs.

If we work in Damansara, PJ or even Kajang today, not necessary if we maintain the same job or same company after 3 or 5 years, not to say 10 years.

Planning is very crucial, where I found most of the non property minded wifes, only knows ugly and looks nice and far, but forgot a lot of other aspects and considerations such as future, planning, kids, family, the household main contributor's convenience, community and etc.
