I can share what are the activities in EcoSky....

1. Spa signing with average to good food
2. Joey Yap talk on separate day
3. CNY reunion dinner with good performance. FOod was soso and kelam Kabut a bit. The fireworks show was great.
4. We have photo shooting at show unit and also to apply debit card. THEY gave 4R photo on the spot.and email you soft copies . Several shots.
5. Two weeks later, we went to collect the card and also 18R photo with frame.....

Now pretty quiet......

My home minster loves it so much. The smile on her face is priceless. Now she want me to buy power drill (not human driven type).   

Can share more why you think family hall on first floor is more commonly preferred?

I will put other criteria more crucial (wrt to liquidity) for same location and township
1. Orientation and morning or afternoon sun
2. Proper layout with good usage of natural lighting and ventilation
3. Ensuite bathroom for all rooms
4. Walkin wardrobe for MBR
5. Adequately size room
6. Not too unconventional design

This piece of land is very near to the Rabbit farm and actually is near to the entrance of Broga hill.

Another project that will be connected to the EcoMajestic via Bandar Tasik Kesuma.

That's mean there will be two projects of EW in Semenyih already. EM with a land size around 1000 + acres and this new land around 500 acres.

As can been seen in the map, Bandar Sri Putra / Bukit Mahkota just 2-3km away from EcoMajestic, which will have an entrance going into the NSE, wondering who can take the call to build this connecting road.

No matter how, Semenyih truly will be undergoing a big transformation!  

The selling point would be - "Eco concept with Broga Hill just stone throw away"...   

As far as I know, there is high tension cable within this area, hopefully EW know how to deal with this when drafting the masterplan for this new project...
