I have usb connection problem between my computer and mi3. When I plug mi3 to my computer by micro-usb cable, a notification comes out and it say "device driver software was not successful installed". Hence, I try to update driver software under tab device manager using xiaomi_usb_driver which is downloaded from forum xiaomi, and it pop up "Windows was unable to install your MI 3W"
Pls help, anyone

Can you explain more in details, how to remove exclamation mark?

I ady try 2 micro-usb cable still can't see anything in my computer and also show MI 3W with exclamation mark under device manager tab.
FYI my window os is windows 7 ultimate sp1 64bit

I try few days already still got same problem
now i'm almost get mad and think about format my computer

My computer not working at all even I installed "小米手机助手" this software also can't detect my phone.
Now got a bit headache, may be I gonna to format computer and install new os again
