I been using past few months, never encounter this issue.

Alternative u can do backup ur data, transfer the backup data file in ur PC.
Then do full factory, start up again , restore ur data.. See how its goes.

Anyone tested antutu and getting bout barely 20k marks ? Well I just installed and tested on my bro's silver 16gb mi3, 1st time did mistake, power saving, and didn't clear apps n memory. Got around 19.5k marks. Realise didn't set to performance and clear apps n memory. Got 20k+ only. Well didn't get to try 3rd time as my bro needs his phone. I wanted to restart phone to retest but batt is going low, left bout 20% and my bro wants to recharge it b4 going out 4 dinner.

My Tegra 4 gets 34k - 35k at least with n without power saving n performance. Perhaps need to restart as my case, I feel no diff when on power saving vs balance and performance. all also above 30k marks for antutu.
