Even it has the overcurrent protection, it usually cut the power charging at around 95%+, it will charge slowly if you notice it.

If you keep charging even at 100%, it charge again when it drops from 100% to 99%, then repeat the cycle, this will stress the battery.

yo, charge till it reach 95~100% then unplug it, this will prolong your battery life.
doing this too frequent, you will find your phone battery degraded.
some bro already explain, although modern phone have protection circuit, but once it minus from 100% to 99%, it will start charging and when hit 100% it stop again, so you are stressing your phone battery.
