I paid without logging in Paypal. It is fast and strightaway got the notification of payment made.

My PP balance: RM50 (lol), so I still pay with card. (debit)

I checked with my bank, pay with CC or Debit card will also get the 1% transaction fee for oversea transaction so no matter.

Point is, I wasn't charged with the 1% fee.
