1) Call paypal, explain ur network is secure and using home connection
2) Wait 24 hours, do not clear ur browser cookies or login ur acc in diff browser while in this period

As if u see rm10 charged, basically it is indeed loaded into ur paypal account.
Example u buy rm36 pb, rm10 will be deducted from paypal account and rm26 deducted from the card.

its up too you..IMHO if you like to try an android this is the best phone to start out..close to flagship specs cheap as hell
