If you can stretch your budget a bit (a couple hundreds?), get a 650D.

It has a better auto focus (all cross-type points), and support STM focusing (auto focus in video).
You also get a touchscreen that the 600D doesn't have, and a faster burst rate. All the rest is pretty much the same.

The 700D doesn't feature any improvements over the 650D, so not worth the extra price tag.
