QUOTE(miyakochan89 @ Feb 11 2024, 12:33 AM) Good monitor. If LG OLED. Confusing warranty for its burn in warranty. If OLED look at Dell, Asus for best warranty for now. Other than that still good. I am still using old ass IPS LG till now still solid. This post has been edited by AthrunIJ: Feb 11 2024, 10:57 AM |

My Dell U3014 kaput and now looking for a replacement monitor. My use is work and sometimes watch movie, no gaming. The features I am looking for is bigger screen real estate, good native ppi so no need to do scaling, builtin kvm switch and USB PD so I can easily plug in my office laptop. Currently saw that Dell factory outlet has refurbished U4323QE asking for RM3699. Any comment on this or is there any other recommendation?

QUOTE(myway1985 @ Feb 17 2024, 02:21 PM) Thanks to @myway1985, the dfo 43” 4k monitor is working well. Still getting use to the large screen coming from 30” 16x10 monitor. Unfortunately my existing monitor arm cannot sustain the weight of this new monitor, which is 13.2kg according to Dell. I want to put the screen as far away from me as possible, any monitor mount recommendation from you guys? I’ll likely fixed it and leave it, so flexibility is not a priority, but the depth is. |

QUOTE(ben3003 @ Dec 15 2023, 11:11 AM) https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/aoc/q27g3xmn availability? it's already 2024. When will this arrive? Wish AOC will bring this in. Usd250 for a mini-led that is positively reviewed by rtings 👍 most important its usd250 only here are some great 27'' budget gaming monitors all IPS except 1 va (the AOC). https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/aoc/q27g3xmn other options (IPS) https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/dell/g2724d https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/gigabyte/m27q-p https://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/10381/msi...itor/index.html For HDR and local dimming, seems like the AOC does better than the Dell and Gigabyte. Msi is fake HDR (though considering Dell and Gigabyte also fare poorly for HDR as well). The AOC also does fine on the ghosting, overshoot, latency and input lag tests. The downsides for the AOC is the viewing angles. but if you're viewing directly in front of it, i don't consider this to be a big deal breaker. Not too sure how bad is the black smearing mentioned, but it is an issue that was brought up for this AOC monitor (but when it's budget, there is no perfect monitor. The fact it does well for many things and even has mini led backlight that isn't as rubbish as the Dell, that is quite good). The gigabyte has kvm and speakers which may be useful, but when compared to everything else the AOC offers, it just doesn't feel enough in comparison. So when can buy in Malaysia this AOC model?
