i'm looking for a 27-inch G-sync monitor with 1440 ips resolution.

Need your suggestion other than acer and asus. preferably an all black monitor

But ppl say IPS better... the dell gaming is TN panel... until today I still cannot find a proper demo set to experience the difference... how is TN compared to IPS.... how is 60 hz compared to 144 hz.... and 8ms compared to 1ms.... haizzz

i have a friend using dell 27inch 1440p.... then i set the display setting to full HD 1080p...doesn't really look sharp lo...maybe i should not be doing that since it's not the native resolution of the monitor..i guess i will try look around for a 27inch HD monitor first before decide....

Ya 1440p pretty awesome.

Beware on ViewSonic "Fantastic service!" and this Monitor VIEWSONIC VX3209-2K design got BIG FLAW where ants can go inside!

It happen twice already and second ants is fully stuck inside the screen!

Ants or any insert is not cover under warranty and they charging RM 360.40 for cleaning up the screen!

This is my 1st and last ViewSonic monitor!

Beware and re-consider if you plan to buy ViewSonic monitor in future.

Hi guys, need advise from monitor experts here.

Here is my case, my old school Acer H233H starts to show me red line symptoms and I'm thinking its a good chance to upgrade. So I come across with 2 model below that fit into my budget (roughly RM1k - 1.5k):

1. Dell H2417H
1. Dell U2917W

Though I have read online reviews for this 2 model, but I'd like to listen from user which one out of this 2 is the best price vs performance ratio OR perhaps recommendation from other brand that giving the same price vs performance ratio that sit inside my budget.

I just bought one for 950 ish from Lazada shipped from Dell directly. I got it because it was 1440p, IPS, can rotate display, adjust stand and rotate screen vertical. It is very flexible. I really like it. The screen is good enough. I didn't want to spend more for 4K (double the price)
