Is AOC M2470SWH a good monitor? For normal home/office use. Not into high res games.

Hi all.need some opinion here.ive been reading on monitors and looks like current new monitors are heading towards 4K HDR as mainstream.
Just would like to know is it a good time to get one or would most still prefer 144hz 1ms fast refresh rate for your gaming setup?
Using for console gaming such as the PS4 pro.hope I not posting at the wrong place.

My 40 inch ultra hd Phillips monitor died on me last month but still got warranty but im too lazy to carry it to the service centre so now i just use a bum 24 inch LG 24' 24MP68VQ-P Full HD 1080p IPS 75Hz .
