I'm using a dell 25' 1440p resolution, and I'm thinking to downgrade back to 1080p monitor, reason is I can't do a 1 to 1 duplicate to my tv, tv native only 1080p

Do u guys think it's wise ?

Just asking la if I use extend screen settings, when I play game, will it cacat? Eg when I play dota and move the mouse to extreme right, will mouse cursor be stucked within my main screen or it will fly over to 2nd screen

2k can buy you dell U2715H, benq bl2710pt and i dont know anymore else

1440p should be the mainstream for pc but after all these years it's not instead 1080p takes over

so 1440p become kinda niche so price won't be going cheap and with next gen gpu focus on 4k so that leave 1080p the budget segment

from my experience, if main monitor playing games and second do nothing, games won't be impact. When you playing games in full screen, cursor movement only within the screen.

1440p niche 4k super niche

1080p is like windows XP era where the thing cannot die off till 10 years later

that is based on the games settings.
also the cursor is only going out if the game has that borderless settings.

actually i think 4k adoption is growing bigger and faster with 4k tv getting cheaper, tv are not that great compare to a monitor but some are very capable and works well for many people just as a display

i know cause im tempted, i saw a panasonic 40 inch 4k tv going less than RM2K..i seriously thinking of buying it until i remember my gpu does not have the horsepower to run it
