You've got the wrong page.

DDNS is not to setup DNS server for your router.

Go to Setup page and do a screenshot.

Try going thru the Wizard page...it could be there, like "Obtain DNS from ISP..."

Yeah, the setup page is too simple.

Go to Wizard page and configure again from there. You don't need to change unifi username/passwd if you don't have the credentials.. just click Next >> Next until you found the DNS field to change.

I've tried before but I didn't proceed till the end .. I'll try again when I get back home tonight.

Anyway, this post mentioned about innatech router (which i assume same model as mine), and this guy said it is impossible to setup the dns.. but then, there's no further discussion about it..

I have run the setup wizard and there's no option to modify the DNS.. At the end of the setup wizard, it provides the summary as shown below..
Any other settings that are not shown is the summary, that means the setting are not available in the setup wizard.

Hey you change the settings here:
1. Login to the Wireless Innatech Router.
2. Go to Setup tab.
3. On the left, Go to WAN. Wan Configuration.
4. You can see the Protocol PPPoE on first table. Hit edit button.
5. Look there for DNS. Change to Manual.
6. Change the primary and secondary DNS address to your preferred address provided either by Google Public DNS or OpenDNS.
7. After changing the primary and secondary DNS address, please click Apply button to have the wireless router acknowledge the changes.
8. Good Luck! smile.gif

Has anyone managed to solve this issue? my modem/router is version D-Link WBR2300..

On the Setup page i can only see 2 menu items i.e. LAN Basic and IPv6 LAN.. nowhere can i see WAN settings?

The unifi guy who installed gave me an account to enter the router which is 'admin' with no password.. but i read on the User Management help page, there are 2 types of users 1) Administrator and 2) Operator.. and the 'admin' account given to me is of type Operator..

could this be the reason? that some features are disabled like changing the DNS servers?

Anyone can shed some light on this? thanks.
