Go and try it, all my road tax, insurance and summons are now done online and they mail you the road tax as well. Very convenient.

This system nearly caused me no to get my roadtax renewed because they f***ed up the migration process. And it was few months after they launched it some more.

The mySikap portal can let u buy running no for ur new vehicle...
And it can allow u to do some jpj transaction...
Go and get one id from jpj counter...
I'm have one...
Always use it for checking the available new plate number for my customer..

Can I renew to third party insurance from 1st party?

I have not renewed my license for 10 years now.

Old topic, but I'd like to add my 5 sen experience.

Had very high hopes for mysikap, as I would not have to queue when renewing my bike road tax. Boy, am I wrong.

Paid RM 2 for road tax on 31/12/2019 online. Went to post office, but they cannot print the road tax out because the system already flags road tax as "issued".

Went to jpj Padang jawa, and you have to queue just like everyone else. 120 people ahead of me. Went to utc Shah Alam and have to queue just like everyone else. 150 people ahead of me.

Mysikap does not offer to post the road tax to you.

In summary..... For road tax, you better time a visit to jpj when it is not busy. Or skip mysikap and go to post office. I went to post office in usj 19 and it was empty. Should have just not used mysikap.

I'm now scared to renew my car road tax, or renew my driving licence using mysikap. I work 9 to 6 just like most people, and Saturday will go to a packed jpj. No thanks. Usj19 post office, here I come soon!

I just want to stop by and say thanks for taking time to share. I was researching to see what this MySikap does as I thought it might still sub their services to Myeg and imposed same fees. Rupanya the experience is worse. Not only they still impose a fee, they have non-customer friendly processes.
