Personally, I have encountered this as well. I really blur that time cause I was still sleeping. They called like 8am.

I was like WTF..why I got owe bank money. So I pressed 1 to talk to their customer service. This guy is very professional. Speaks only in BM eventhough he sounds like chinese. Tell me a bunch of lies and then ask me to call Bank Negara. Gave me the number and all but that number actually call to another scammer. I didn't call that number. Made some googling and found out it is a scam.

you should answer and waste their credit. Play along with them. Talk as long as possible. Let their credit drain.
