hmm...the situation sounds familiar...sounds like someone i know...sounds like me! ahaha...but what i realized is that if you show the initiative to learn and to find out about things...you'll eventually learn a lot...you can and should get "into" the company...but it's also natural that you don't have much to do in your first few weeks of work...and since your colleagues are in the same situation as you are...guess it's fine..nothing to panic about.........only when everyone's doing work and you're the only one listening to mp3s and replying forum posts hehe.....then, you should think of looking for another job.
