Just buy it locally.
Phantom 2 v+ is widely known. High chance custom will stop and get you to pay tax.
10% sales tax if exceed RM500. Higher price I think you need to add 5% duty tax as well.
I don't play with expensive stuffs (because I crash often) so I only know a bit of tax knowledge
Namlee, RCsmart, Hobbytech all sells Phantom locally. I recommend you to just get it from them. With Hobbytech you can even ask the taukeh to test fly outside at field (if he's in the mood lor, but I've seen him went out so many times to test fly customer quads).
Actually I sold of most of my RC stuffs, no time to fly nowdays and all of my electronics are collecting dust. Some even in original package and unopened yet (such a compulsive buyer..

). But I'll hang around and share what I know still until I start up again (when I have time to play haha).
Thanks for the advice. Would you recommend any other drones out there that could fit my purpose? I am mainly using it for photography (I already have a gopro). I must have a FPV setup to frame my shots, preferably out of box. Since I do not need a camera, if I just get a Phantom 2 + gimbal, does it support FPV out of box? How hard/costly is it to set up something like that? Sorry I'm pretty noob at this.
I've also been looking into a cheaper alternative, the Walkera x350
http://www.walkera.com/en/showgoods.php?id=2578, but I only saw this being sold online.
