The other day I see DJI Phantom Vision 2 on lelong sells for around RM3.6k ish..Is this as cheap as it can get in MY? Should I get this one or a more superior model?

I have one thing ive been wondering. People that fly their quad very high in sky till you cant see it with bare eyes, do they know the gps pos of the quad or which way it is facing? Is there actually device that helps you with that?
