PhotoShop 7.0 help!, .ORF Raw file format plugin

Hi all,
How do i install the plugin for the .orf file format? ive tried the steps below but to no avail 1) download the .orf supported plugin 2) put into the adobe/photoshop/plugins/file format/ directory 3) restart photoshop it seems still cannot recognise .orf file help~ |

i thought we can install new extension for photoshop 7.0? or any other solution? purchase new photoshop? |
