One possible explanation..the customer service representative doesn't really know what's happening at warehouse and lorry driver...(whenever they see the item at sepang, they will say it is under custom clearance)
The customer service representative and dispatch work at different place( warehouse and office). The customer service representative just read and tell the usual stories based on the status updated by dispatch...
It should be dispatch update each order online after receiver signed... BUT in actual situation., too many parcel to send, no time to do that. During lunch hour only update or all orders sent then only update....
This can explain why a lot ppl receive the item liao even though it is stated in Sepang
