i try to explain very detail now.. i realize when i press the pin into the sim tray hole, the sim tray got pop up, but just a very very very little bit, when taking out the pin is it feel like tight right ? ( the pop up is too less, i cannot use finger nails to pull it out at all, from the photo i posted just now u will see it raised a bit bit)

then after i continue pressing it , no much more tight feel when taking out the pin from the hole, so i press the sim tray into original position, very small distance only, then i press the sim tray hole with the given pin again, got tight but the sim tray doesnt seems to pop out, it pop even lesser than the 1st time, but still got move a bit bit..

anyone successfully root this phone?

The label at the back of the phone can be removed?
It says to protect consumer's right please keep the label intact.
U guys remove it or leave it?

Oh dear..i did it the same as mentioned..my wife call me crazy now, but still not calibrated..sighhh..what was wrong? Anyone having this issue or just me..i read around, those who installed miui on other phone, had this issue, but not on mi3
