I think we do have young players, just they are not exposed to international tournaments like what China does.  BAM should give chance for young players to play instead of using the same team over an over again. Even CWF said something similar on his interview. Then when it comes to playing semua can't handle the pressure like LCW does.

Cheh! Iya-iya jer aku ni.

Yup, typical Malaysian mentality.  No or bad planning.  Nothing's going to come up of this although we all know what needs to be done...

we all know this. but no action taken since our loss in the last thomas cup. still the same slow moving. no initiative to develop young players. just ask what they did since the failure of last thomas cup.

He can still play, but most probably as third single maybe

Judging by the performance of other singles players, LCW might STILL be the 1st single by 2016

BAM like to abandon good overseas coaches, normally 1-2 term then bye bye...they thought 1-2 term can produce world class player?

Pak taught in japan for 10yrs.

BAM short sighted.

How come the doubles..Malaysia team...no ranking one?
*
They're ''scratch'', or makeshift, pairs.

Without rankings, even better, because I believe that would have allowed
us to line up the players as we liked.

In this respect, that is why I believe that they made a serious tactical error.

Our first doubles (Hoon/Tan) should have faced Japan's second doubles,
who were smalller sized, shakier and looked flimsier.

Our second pair (Goh/Tan) should have played their first ''crack'' doubles,
who had defeated the Chinese and Danish easily.

Goh/Tan were the far more confident and skilful pair.

I am certain we would then have won both doubles.

It's quite silly to have that rankings restriction on the fieldings of players, actually.

Rankings are nothing more than points and do not reflect a player's true skills.

If you play less often, you collect less points, simple as that.
