If I charge my phone with a 2.1A output charger will spoil the battery or cut down the lifespan? Since the stock charger comes at 1.0A...

1. Having the 'emergency call only issue' after flashing 4.3 stock firmware thru Odin.
2. After that restore back to factory state followed guidance from xda-developer, but still facing the same problem.
3. Then try to flash few modems, but still have the same problem.
Anyone have any idea to solve this problem?
