1st of all B4 wiping your internal :-
1.Take out your external sd (just in case) 2.Reboot into TWRP and wipe. 3.Switch off your device again & insert back the sd card. 4.Reboot into TWRP again and it will point you to /sdcard 5.Choose (Up A Level) & choose /external_sd 6.Choose which folder that you place the zip file - i.e like my device i store it in /external_sd/TWRP » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

You need to format the SD card in the phone itself if still failed - claim for warranty.

QUOTE(Gurvin Abruzzi @ Oct 18 2014, 01:29 PM) Guys i got a s3. Sorry to say but that most probably is a hard-brick; you won't be able to revive it without hardware. In best-case scenario a JIG (I'll explain below) otherwise you need to have it JTAG'ed by a repair shop.Only have download mode, no recovery. Tried flash firmware use odin, it says no pit file. Tried flashing pit file n firmware, says at last write operation fail. Asked few seller, they say emmc problem. What to do? However before you do; try pulling the battery for 30 minutes, plugging it into the charger for a few hours, pulling the battery again for 30 minutes and then try to start it. A JIG is a Micro-USB plug without the cable which has only 2 of the 5 connectors (MicroUSB has 5 instead of the normal 4 pins) in use; they are bridged via a 301 kOhm Resistor (Electronic component) which triggers the phone to go in Download mode even if it doesn't react to anything else and have been designed for easy restoration through Samsung shops. However they are easy to come by (+- 2 bucks on eBay) or to build yourself (you need only very little soldering skills) Should a JIG not be sufficient, you need the phone JTAG'ed. JTAG is a sort of "standard" to access the internal circuitry of a device and execute commands on it. In this case to re-flash the stage1 bootloader to gain access to Download mode. Most people are familiar with it as being the means of jailbreaking Xbox1's and the first generation of Xbox360. |

QUOTE(normeck @ Oct 19 2014, 12:40 PM) well , i've been using Archi CM11 and Markox CM11. Markox update his ROM on nightly weekly. ok bro nanti aku try - back to noot is ok but as usual la itchified CM 11 customisable, but look at others CM11 it is still the same. very snappy for me compare to stock. BUt Archi more snappy than markox (for me) camera sometime give the actual error 'cant connect to camera'... even you fix it with the patch. They said now, the camera has no error, but sometime for me still have. thats is occasionally since im not a heavy user for camera. pada aku terpulang base apa yang nak digunakan... sebab last2.. pakai 3rd party launcher jugak... |

QUOTE(normeck @ Oct 20 2014, 11:53 AM) it's not a problem rather it is not even implemented in that rom because in Korea ussd code does not exist.but many have complaints to arter97 including that missing HSDPA+ icon when switching the network. but he is just too busy cooking with LG smart watch if you can't wait for v3 than head to this site that if you can understand their language. |
