Well the truth is in current downtown, many agents (i would say nicely) misled unsuspecting sellers tat the market value of the condo lower than expected, and so try to use tis technique to sell more units to meet their (personal) KPI...so they contributed to lower and lowrr market value for the condo/place....they only care bout komisen...i have personally checked tat some condo can actually sell ( market value) of Rm500k INSTEAD OF RM420K as advertised by mist unscrupolous agents

But desperate sellers oso contributed to tis poblem in bringing down the overall market value of the said pojek

King of ALL POPERTY GURUS ( some sez MORE FAMOUS than DONALD TRUMP) & RAJA FENGSHUI MASTER SEDUNIA advices futyre sellers to doble cek thepoperrty markey value wit SEVERAL BANKER 1st instead if relyng on Ah Beng LALa Moi agents ahahaha

Well u can never trust those poperty websites 100% eg bintangpoperty always reported massive no of visitors eg 10k at poperry event and tens of millions of selt but in reality only few hundred or even less visitors and all pat fly..me knw coz me being there

The only reasonably objective poperty site which oso states the negative is propwall.com but they seem less popular nw no special app

Omg still got posters believe in the Bintang paper?? Me in 3rd group, pooerty market crash in 2018 and market stagnannt for 10 years, thanks to the overpriced launching years ago...salary stagnant..developers greed causw their doom

Me actually placed booking but un (fortunately) the unit was snapped up in seconds..during launching like pasar pagi, tat time really herd mentality

But it is a nice place to stay actually, only concern is the steep hill location

During launching, the price considered reasonnable for 1400sf+ units for Rm700k plus, most sohai inc me yes thought upon completion will climb to rm900k+
