Hi guys, I passed by yday & some photos were taken. The construction is in progress in block B, C & D as what I could see from afar. Less activities were observed since these were taken after 6pm.

For this project, it's 42 months which is by end of 2015. Hence, exactly 1 year from now.

This is already the version 2 of Dsara Foresta, and the landslide issue have been debated > 100 times.  Don't u think we shall move on?

It might be somewhere flat construction.

1) According to the building plan, the lifts is placed in the center. ( The photo shows the lifts is on the side )

2) The condo is face to face, no railing between it.

So, what do you all think?

In my opinion, it is. I believe the pictures are taken from either block B or C (facing forest) and the railing at the lift area is between type A1 & A2.

To be fair, the design of the rest does not depict any flat-like design, just the railings only. But I'm more concern on the safety & also during heavy downpour. The whole area will be wet & we can't even manage to go to the lift lobby.

I just rechecked mine. It does not state the number of months for interest payment.
It just says monthly installment will commence upon expiry of progressive payment under developer payment scheme.
I'm assuming it covers the entire construction period. Btw, mine is Ambank.

Block C is also by PYS (based on the banner hanging there). It seems only block D is by LS.

I think the tower is next to block A facing higher floor type D unit #8 master bedroom units, not really right in front of block B & C. I could be wrong.

I don't think we can see 1-U or DP from any of the blocks. DPC should be no problem.
