Let me fan the fire.
Developer is not going to extend the road from 2 to 4 lanes, until the phase 2 is completed as per confirmation from the sales office.
They broke their verbal promise

So cash rich still need to wait for phase 2 collection to do the road?

So 4 lanes as new selling point to potential phase 2 buyers? Wouldnt some potential phase 2 buyers be deterred if the place becomes a traffic bottleneck?

Internal finishing, there have been some quality issue brought up by some..
Facilities, hard to say if most of the facilities are completed.. there are cases where developer have swimming pools done but the water is always dirty cause the filter system not working, gym room is ready but without gym equipment, sky bar is just an area without anything...
Generally, from the pic, there is also a part of the building which is very close to the curve of the road and they just put a concrete divider there (i hope that is not their permanent solution)...

one thing i notice is condo always have issue with the intercom system (from guard house to unit).. hope we don't have the same issue here..

i guess it is not our control, whether we want to move in quick or not.. They seems to be doing everything in the hurry to avoid penalty (that is why we are worry about the quality)

faith/confidence is based on what we see, what we hear and what we read.. and from most of the information we gather so far, it has not been very promising/encouraging..

Anyone talking to the developers about these ongoing concerns that have been shared in this thread lately?

I'm very worried about these concerns as I have a unit in Block D. If there's anything I can help with please PM me.

I hope the developer will actually/really listen to all the concerns, but looking at the past records/projects, i doubt so.. Even though I really hope they do this time, and they will take action to rectify all the issues...

Guys, i got reply from cimb bank dy regards to the increase monthly service charge for savings more than 30%. They revert that only applicable to new customer only, not existing

42 months due this month for first batch buyer.
The sales updated me, developer apply for CCC already, pending approval from authority. Approval may come in anytime soon.

All block A-D will be vp together. But block A owners will get the key first, based on the SPA signing dates.
